- The hydraulic ram exerts positive pressure on the batch and can be accurately controlled in the desired position which leads to better dispersion of ingredients & batch to batch consistency.
- Automated Constant Pressure on ingredients while compounding for the set timers to produce consistent quality batches.
- No need for an air compressor. In the case of a pneumatic cylinder, the ram moves completely un-controlled and the ram position is controlled by the rotor dragging force as well as the size of the rubber pieces / Polymer / Elastomer it is trying to force into the rotors.
- The design of wider rotor tip width & stubby shape helps in large smearing action on ingredients of the compound. The differential rotation of rotors and minimum clearance between rotor tips to the surrounding wall imparts extensive Tearing, Stretching, and Squeezing of ingredients of the compound. This greatly enhances the dispersion effect and quality kneading of ingredients.
The tips of rotors’ wings are carbide coated. The wear resistance of carbide maintains clearance for long lasting smear performance.

- The seals of rotary joints are long lasting for no water leak.

- Minimal clearance between tips of the rotors and the surrounding wall of the mixing chamber.

- The Hydraulic Cylinders are designed to deliver required compression to ingredient mix while compounding and for other functions. The Piston and rod seals are of german make and accurately designed and constructed for no leak of fluid.
- Hydraulic Power pack is designed to generate sufficient power to operate these hydraulic cylinders through Dowty make Gear Pump, Nachhi, Japan & Euken India make Solenoid Control Valves.
- The Heat Exchanger is included to cool the hydraulic Fluid.

- Material of gears / pinion is forged alloy steel (SAE 8620/20MNCR5). Heat treated & Ground gears.
- Designed and Constructed at two or more safety factors.
- The standard make Contactors, Relays, transformers, Fuses & Circuit breakers are used to control the manual and auto operation of Dispersion Kneader.
- The protection is included for overload of Electric motors and temperature while compound preparations.
